Our mission

 In early 2020, we founded the charitable association “Development Aid & Solidarity Austria” out of which the Courage Club Charity was born. We use plastic surgical concepts in developing countries and provide assistance to help people with malformations, congenital and acquired defects to improve quality of life through surgical intervention.

In 2023, we extended our focus to humanitarian and charitable social measures with our project in Kranshoek in South Africa. Our primary focus there was to feed the poor and vonurable in form of a soup kitchen. We also organized school holidays programm to keep the children off the streets and insure a healthy breakfast and meal every day.

In March 2025, we purchased a House in the small town of New Horizons, Plettenberg Bay. We are opening the remodelled and upgraded house as a “House of Safety” for children that fell viction to rape. Most of these children need a safe home to stay and receive councelling to deal with their situation until the Departement of Social Deveopment has found a safe place for them to live.
