It is our priority to start the healing process immediately after the children arrive in our House Helena where they can feel safe, loved and respected. During their stay with us the children will receive psychological support from local professional psychiatrists. We also offer, through our own FAMSA trained and certified counselling staff, family therapies and domestic violence support for individuals.

On a regular basis we hold our Saturday morning therapy and fun sessions with young victims that have been returned to their families or are living in a foster home. Through painting, time spend in nature and gentle encounter with horses and dogs, so they can forget for a moment what they went through during the bodily harm that was inflicted upon them. They laugh, explore, and rediscover their strength. We listen with open hearts, take their worries seriously, and offer understanding and care. In every shared moment, healing and hope can grow. With every smile, every conversation, every little step together, will make a difference in their healing process.
